A Study on 3D Human Pose Estimation Using Through-Wall IR-UWB Radar and Transformer

In this paper, we propose a human pose estimation algorithm for an impulse radio ultra-wideband (IR-UWB) radar based on the transformer-based deep learning model. We have built IR-UWB system with 8-by-8 multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) antenna array. The in our paper is advantageous through-wall detection application since it operates very low frequency range (i.e., 0.45 to 3.55 GHz) compared other existing works RF-based estimation.
